This February, I am delighted that I will be releasing Since You and I Have Been, a collection of songs of love and loss in the Irish Tradition.

Love and loss are recurrent themes in many traditional songs. This album represents a long engagement with Irish traditional songs and singers, as well as related traditions, and is a snapshot of the repertoire and styles of song I particularly resonate with. It also reflects my connection to both solo and accompanied practice.

Many of the tracks have been wonderfully accompanied by Dónal Lunny, and other wonderful musicians have been kind enough to join me, including Cora Venus Lunny, Ernestine Healy, and Niall Keegan.
